The agri-food orientation roundtables provide spaces for dialogue and sharing between producers, institutions, and local communities. The initiative aims to promote agri-food supply chains as a strategic resource for the region, fostering the intersection of tradition and innovation, sustainability and economic development. Through these opportunities for discussion, we aim to offer useful tools for educational and career guidance, strengthening awareness of the central role that agri-food plays in the cultural, social, and economic growth of our communities. The primary goal is to foster the emergence of concrete ideas capable of transforming into innovative projects or full-fledged startups, benefiting the region and future generations.

Another key focus for the Foundation is engaging Generation Z and Beta, for whom specific working groups are dedicated. The goal is to combine environmental education and digital innovation to inspire young people towards a sustainable future. Through workshops and hands-on activities, students learn the importance of caring for the planet, while technology makes learning more interactive and engaging. Collaboration between institutions, schools, and businesses thus becomes key to developing informed citizens capable of using digital tools to address tomorrow's environmental challenges.
